Stage 2 of 5 · StoreAvailable now
Stock you can trust, batch by batch. Only what is counted at the gate goes on the shelf.
A bill says what should arrive. The godown says what did. Linchpin counts deliveries in against the bill, keeps every batch with its dates and its cost, and shows each product in its own units, so the stock on screen is the stock on the shelf.
What one delivery becomes
The truck from Himal Foods reaches the Birgunj godown a day after the bill. Ram counts the cartons at the gate and notes the dates printed on them.

What you get
Goods received and stock are in Linchpin today. Bin locations and stock counts are on the way.
Counted against the bill
10 of 10 ctnEach filed bill waits at the gate until its goods are counted. A part delivery stays open with what is still to come, oldest first.
Batches with their dates
Exp 2084/02/18Every delivery is a batch with its manufacturing and expiry dates. Expiring stock is flagged while there is still time to sell it.
Every godown on its own
Birgunj · HetaudaStock is held per warehouse, and each bill says which godown its goods go to.
In each product’s own units
6 ctn = 180 pcsSee stock in cartons and pieces at once, never as a long number of pieces to divide in your head.
Low, out and in the red
LOW · OUTProducts running short or gone show at a glance. A product that went below zero is flagged too, so an entry mistake is found the same day.
